It might not sound like much, but we are still proud to say that Petkafy now allows you to handle unique items (i.e. parts with serial numbers) through the whole process and ensures full traceability from receipt of components to delivered finished product.

I myself am the kind of person who normally prefers monochrome software, but we still made it possible for the user to choose whatever colour he or she likes for stoppage codes in Petkafy. The colour will be the same in all respective views including the FactoryFloor Android app used next to machines, of course. You don't have to like or use it, but it is good to know that you can. 🙂

We are so happy and proud to see that the first PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) including reports of Capability Study performed in Petkafy SPC module have been approved by an automotive OEM. What a great start to motivate us! 🙂

I am not sure an average ERP can do this simple trick for convenient order handling.

Statistical Process Control is not our easiest development area for sure and therefore we are especially happy to see that the Petkafy SPC module will be ready for customer testing in the next two weeks! 🙂

We really hope that it will add a lot of value to our customers by complementing the already available manufacturing data.

It is really annoying to browse through item structures to see in which products a part is used and what materials and components it is made of. So we made it visual and simple.

It only takes 3 touches for an operator to check in at a machine in Petkafy FactoryFloor app when using ID cards or tags.
